Craig Marinho joined Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz in 2007. His primary practice areas focus on civil defense litigation with emphasis on employment law and medical malpractice. From assignment to case resolution, Mr. Marinho is involved with all aspects of case management, including written discovery, depositions, legal research and analysis, mediation and settlement, and trial preparation. He works closely with clients and any involved insurance carriers.
Mr. Marinho graduated Cum Laude from Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Communications in 2000. A year later, he earned a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Boston College. In 2007, he received his Juris Doctor from the Boston University of Law, concentrating on Health Law. As a student, he worked as a Legislative Intern for a Massachusetts State Senator researching and reporting on issues relating to the health care system, Food & Drug Administration procedures, state drug laws and identity theft. Also, while in college, he was a research assistant for a noted health law expert, who was also editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. Mr. Marinho was admitted to the California State Bar Association in 2007 and is licensed to practice before all courts in the state. |
