His background includes all aspects of trial preparation, encompassing written discovery, documentation of motions, witness preparation, and deposing plaintiffs, witnesses and experts.  He is also actively involved in mediation and settlement discussions.  Mr. Barrios is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Mr. Barrios is a member of the California State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all California courts, the United States District Court, Central District, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth District.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Mr. Barrios received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with a concentration on International Relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2004.
