Sherry Gregorio joined Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz in 2006, as a law clerk and paralegal, while attending and graduating law school. Today, as a litigation attorney at Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz, she practices primarily in areas of medical malpractice and employment law. With a total of more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Gregorio has a thorough understanding of medical-professional liability litigation, including all case work-up from initial pleading through trial. She has successfully negotiated multiple dismissals and favorable settlements on behalf of clients—both as defendants and plaintiffs.
Ms. Gregorio began her career in law as a legal secretary in 1988, gaining invaluable experience in areas of personal injury and health care litigation. She decided to pursue other interests for a time and, in 1992, she obtained her Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from West Los Angeles College. In 1995, she returned to law as a litigation assistant in a civil law practice, where she focused on medical malpractice. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. She was admitted to the California State Bar Association in 2009 and is licensed to practice before all courts within California and in the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is also a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association. |
