Burbank Law Firm seeking Legal Assistant. Candidates must have a solid work history and 3+ years of strong litigation experience. Experience in Federal E-filing is a must. Must be very energetic, have a great attitude and be a fast learner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsibilities include but not limited to Calendaring legal deadlines/maintaining attorney’s professional calendar• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence• Document proofing• Coordinating meetings, depositions, and mediation• Answering Phones• Filing documents in State & Federal court.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS• Extensive knowledge of Federal; State guidelines and deadlines• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Ability to assist multiple attorneys.

Required experience:

Legal Secretary: 3+ years
