Craig Marinho joined Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz in 2008 and made Partner in 2018. He has gained the trust of the firms’ clients with his dedication and commitment to defending their interests. Mr. Marinho has over a decade of experience in litigating Professional Negligence, Employment Law and Civil Rights matters. Mr. Marinho handles all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial.
Mr. Marinho graduated Cum Laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Communications in 2000. A year later, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Boston College. In 2007, he received his Juris Doctor from the Boston University of Law, concentrating on Health Law.
As a student, he worked as a Legislative Intern for a Massachusetts State Senator, researching and reporting on issues relating to the health care system, Food & Drug Administration procedures, state drug laws, and identity theft. Also, while in college, Mr. Marinho was a research assistant for a noted health law expert, who was also editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine.
Mr. Marinho was admitted to the California State Bar Association in 2007 and is licensed to practice before all courts in the state.
