Darren V. Pang joined Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz in 2016 and made partner in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pang clerked at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office in the Intellectual Property Department and worked for a boutique litigation firm handling a wide variety of litigation matters. Mr. Pang’s experience covers all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and focuses on employment, civil rights, and professional negligence cases on behalf of public entities and private clients.
Mr. Pang graduated from the College of Charleston with Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Psychology. While earning his Bachelor’s degrees, Mr. Pang also worked as a general manager for a major retailer, where he first experienced the intricacies of employment law from an employer’s perspective. Mr. Pang earned his Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit, where he was the co-founder and President of the law school’s intellectual property organization, served as President of Delta Theta Phi, and won several academic awards.
Mr. Pang is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District.
