David Zeetser joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz Gregorio Burkwitz & Su in 2022.
A true native of Southern California, David grew up in Los Angeles and attended California State University Northridge, graduating with a degree in Urban Planning. David then moved to San Diego and graduated from California Western School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Labor and Employment. During law school, David was a member of the Public Service Honors Society and received awards for pro bono work with the Superior Court of California – County of San Diego, where he volunteered as a law clerk with the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, as well as served under the Honorable Joel M. Pressman.
David’s practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling, representing, and defending clients in a wide range of cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour issues. David manages cases of diverse pre-litigation, litigation, and arbitration matters from pleading, discovery, and law and motion through resolution. He counsels employers and employees on various issues, from employee terminations to general employment policies and procedures. Tenaciously fighting to represent the best interests of his clients, David uses his perspective to guide clients through all stages of the litigation process.
Prior to joining PBBGBS, David gained experience representing and defending clients in various matters involving personal injury, negligence, employment class-actions, insurance, and bad-faith litigation. During David’s final year of Law School, he completed an externship for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, working on matters in their Employment Litigation Department. David is also fluent in Russian and an avid hockey player.
Mr. Zeetser is licensed to practice law before all courts in the state of California.
