Gabriela Gershfeld joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz in 2020. Ms. Gershfeld defends public entities against employment claims in administrative proceedings and civil actions. She also defends medical professionals and organizations against professional negligence claims.
Ms. Gershfeld graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She then attended Southwestern Law School, where she served as the President of the Jewish Law Students Association. While in law school, Ms. Gershfeld was selected for an international work program at an Israeli corporate firm, located in Jerusalem. She was also an extern at a prominent public interest law firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gershfeld gained valuable experience litigating personal injury claims.
Ms. Gershfeld was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019 and may practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
