Kaela Henderson joined Peterson Bradford Burkwitz in 2021. Ms. Henderson defends medical and dental professionals against professional malpractice claims and public entities against employment claims in administrative and civil actions.
Ms. Henderson graduated from the Kellogg Honors College at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. While at Cal Poly Pomona, Ms. Henderson was a member of the Finance, Real Estate, and Law Honor Society and the Society of Law and Procurement. She also earned her Contract Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine.
Ms. Henderson obtained her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she earned the Dean’s Merit Award. While at Southwestern Law School, Ms. Henderson clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Henderson gained valuable legal experience working in public interest law. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2018 and may practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
