Ryan A. Graham joined Peterson · Bradford · Burkwitz in 2016. Mr. Graham defends the interests of law enforcement agencies, child welfare agencies, health departments, and other public entities in civil rights and employment actions. He has also defended medical professionals and medical organizations against professional negligence claims.
Mr. Graham graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics in 2009. After college, he worked for Habitat for Humanity managing a project renovating mobile homes for low income seniors and families. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2013, where he served on the UC Irvine Law Review as a Style Editor.
As a student, he externed for United States District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez and spent a summer in Texas working for a nonprofit organization defending death row inmates in post-conviction proceedings.
Mr. Graham was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2016 and may practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District.
